Miramar Beach: Located at Panjim, Miramar is Goa’s city-beach.
Candolim & Sinquirem Beaches: Popular with tourists, these beaches are known for their water sporting activities. Baga & Calangute Beaches: The busiest beaches in Goa, Baga & Calangute never fail to impress those looking for an energy packed environment with buzzing markets, thriving parties, and the sea and sand, of course! Vagator Beach: Unlike the other smooth sandy beaches of Goa, Vagator is a rocky and furnished with cliffs; and it has the whole moonlight relic feel to it. A small fort lies on the tallest hill. Vagator is known for its parties. Anjuna Beach: It was the Wednesday flea market that put Anjuna on the map. Many partygoers enjoy the chilled out yet busy vibe of Anjuna, while others go to sell or buy unique items from the market. You will find a bit of live music scene at the Anjuna Beach. Chapora Beach: Chapora beach is a tiny, toy beach, furnished with a long jetty that ends in the sea. Morjim & Ashwem Beaches: Just as you enter Goa by road, amongst first beaches toward the West are Ashwem and Morjim. These are quiet, sandy stretches that eventually end in beautifully blue water. The waves here are ideal for beginner surfers. The Surf Club at Ashwem holds classes. Mandrem Beach: A quiet, lazy, clean beach with a river running across it. Arambol Beach: Arambol is the hippie zone of Goa. With live music, and drumming on the beach, backpackers have been drawn to Arambol and its charms for decades.
